The Premier League released an official statement after a controversial VAR decision played a decisive role in Brighton & Hove Albion’s 1–0 victory over Sunderland AFC at the Stadium of Light.

“He understood what it takes to work for the team,” Hürzeler explained.
“Not only to be a great offensive player, but to contribute defensively as well.”
